January 2004, the tower was designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill who also
designed The Willis Tower (former Sears Tower) and constructed by a South
Korean company Samsung C&T , and completed on 30 December 2009 while the
opened on 04 January 2010 with an official ceremony.

and the world’s highest restaurant The At.Mosphere restaurant is located on the
122nd story of Khalifa at the height of 442 meters. Beside this you can also find 900 residences, 37 office-floors,
and for the attraction of all the residents and visitors there is a large four-story
fitness club. One more interesting thing is the world highest observatory of Burj Khalifa opened on 148the floor named Sky at 555 meter or 1821 feet. Before this
there was an observation deck of Khalifa which was opened on 05 January 2010
was the highest observatory in the world at 1483 feet but surpassed by observatory
named Cloud Top at 1601 feet on Canton Tower China.
Amazing View of The Burj Khalifa Park
Another top attraction of Burj Khalifa is Burj Khalifa Park designed
by SWA Group known for their landscape architects. The park is surrounded by 11
ha (27 acre) having six water features, fabulous Gardens, Palm lined walking
paths, and green trees. In the middle of
park you can see a series of pools and water jet fountains.
